All purchases are automatically processed within minutes. We recommend that you are online on the server when purchasing! Should you not have received your purchased products within 1 hour, please email our support team at admin@biggys.org.

Sales support tickets are usually processed within 3-5 days.
Please do not open a dispute/chargeback with PayPal to contact us and use our sales support ticket system instead. Any dispute or chargeback will result in an instant automated ban from the entire BIGGYS Organization.

Where our revenue goes

BIGGYS is not Mojang, AB and is in no way affiliated with
Mojang, AB. Payments made to BIGGYS are payments to a
private Minecraft server that is not affiliated with Mojang, AB.

   BIGGYS is a business that makes a profit from people who
buy items from our online store. Payments to BIGGYS fund the cost associated with
BIGGYS, which include server hosting, DDoS protection,
advertisement, website hosting, developers, and various other things.

   When BIGGYS does generate more revenue than it needs to sustain itself.
Any leftover revenue that is not used to further
expand or enhance BIGGYS, is stored away as a rainy day fund to protect the livelihood of the server.

The server owners nor staff recieve these funds.
